The second in a series of presentations hosted by the Online branch of the Glamorgan Family History Society in a new series of talks aimed specifically for people taking a typical pathway through the journey.

This talk introduces newspaper research for family history, providing an overview of resources available online. It will include guidance on how to undertake an effective search, some of the potential pitfalls to be aware of, and tips for making best use of newspapers to enhance your research. Whilst the talk particularly focuses on Glamorgan, many of the resources and tips for effective searching can be used for newspaper research relating to other locations, both within the UK and overseas.
