Several of today’s petty misdemeanors were regarded in the past as crimes. Were your ancestors involved as witnesses, accusers, jurors, or even accused?
We look forward to welcoming, Dr Colin Chapman MA FSG, as he discusses crime in the 18th and 19th centuries. Colin is an international speaker and author of 15 books relating to British local, social and family history and heraldry. He is also a Life Vice-President of the FFHS.
