Researching our Welsh ancestors can be challenging - too many similar names; people disappearing from registers and census returns; patterns of migration and poor record-keeping. Join Gill Thomas to de-mystify your research and break down those brick walls.
Gill Thomas is a professional genealogist based in West London, but of Welsh heritage with family from Cardiganshire and Radnorshire. She is an experienced speaker, running the half-day course on researching Welsh Ancestors for the Society of Genealogists, and a regular speaker on a variety of topics for FFHS members. She is the current Chair of AGRA (The Association of Genealogists and Researchers in Archives).
